No need to remember deadlines, as Quark will remind you before your QuarkXPress Maintenance expires and ensure you receive any QuarkXPress upgrades that are available during the term of your QuarkXPress Maintenance. You can then choose to stop the programmes or to renew and continue to receive the benefits for another 12 or 24 months.
No problem! You can continue to benefit from these programmes until your contract comes to an end. Once your current contract expires you can then sign up for the QuarkXPress Maintenance programmes instead to take full advantage of its benefits. You don’t need to have the expiration date of your current ServicePlus® or QuarkAssurance contract on hand; a customer service representative will be contacting you before it expires.
QuarkXPress Maintenance is only available at the time of purchase or, if you provide proof of purchase, within 90-days of the date of purchase of QuarkXPress 8. After this 90-day period you can only add QuarkXPress Maintenance when you upgrade to the next version of QuarkXPress. QuarkXPress Maintenance can only be added to the latest version of QuarkXPress so if you own a version of QuarkXPress other than the latest one, you must first upgrade it before you can add QuarkXPress Maintenance.
