I placed an order on your web site - what happens now?

When you complete your journey through the Tramscom checkout, your order details are stored on our servers, until our accounts team accept your order. Our system will send an email to the address you gave with your other personal details confirming the reference and the pricing. We may also need to contact you, usually by email, if the shipping price needs to be advised, or if we need to confirm some details with you. In such instances, we may be unable to proceed with the order process until we have heard from you.

Orders received after 4:00pm may not be processed until the next day - as we may not be able to reliably credit clear, pick & pack your order, ready for the courier.

Shipping

Once the goods for an order are ready to ship and the payment authorised, the goods are packed and sent by courier to the stated delivery address. If we know that the courier has a web tracking facility for parcels, we will try to include this detail into an email sent to the customer at this stage.

UK Mainland

UK Mainland is considered the main island of the Great Britain (England, Wales & Scotland — without carriage over water) and excludes Ireland, the Isle of White and other UK islands. This means non UK mainland orders may incur extra charges, which will be outlined before we take payment for an order.

(While this document explains the way the Tramscom system is designed to work, this is not a guarantee that any particular order will be processed in exactly this way. We will not accept any liability if, for whatever reason, any process fails to comply with any or all the above mentioned steps. E&OE.)
