Using Our Website:

Our goal has been to create a friendly simple to use website. You can browse products by their category using the drop down menus in the main menu or search by our product code, the manufacturers part code or any other keywords using the search box in the upper right of the screen.


Your Account:

If your register an account with us, items will be saved in to your own personal cart, accessible at any point in the future by simply logging in. This enables you to shop over extended periods of time. Otherwise any item you add to the cart will remain in a temporary cart until you close your web browser.

You can also use your account to change the details registered with us. Click on the Account button at the top of the page, here you can change your address, password & subscriptions to our emails, as well as viewig recent orders.


Your Security:

All ordering transactions are handled via our secure server using 128-bit SSL security for which we have a Verisign certificate. This means your details are 100% safe & secure, your credit / debit card details are only handled by the automated banking system & no one can see them at any point during the transaction.

We have also adopted the "3D Secure" standard now recognised by UK banks & introduced by Mastercard & Visa.


Privacy Policy:

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to you & to us, our privacy promise means that your details are always safe with us. We will only ever use your contact details as you request, we will never pass your details onto any third party companies & if you want to unsubscribe from our mail list at anytime, you can do so by clicking here.

Placing An Order:

Placing an order with Canom couldn't be easier. Once you have found the item you are looking for, simply add it to your cart. It will then appear to the right of the page inside the cart, from here simply hit "Checkout" & you will be prompted to follow all the steps necessary to process your order.

We accept Credit / Debit Card payments, Paypal (for orders under £150£180), Finance, and Bank Transfers. Our bank transfer details are as follows:

Once you have passed through our fraud screening process, your order will be processed. Your credit / debit card will not be charged until the order is dispatched.


Stock Levels:

Tramscom runs an advanced stock monitoring system, which means you get honest, realtime delivery estimates of any product on our site. On any product page, just look for the for the stock status below the "Add to cart" button. Hover your mouse over the question mark next to any stock status to see a detailed description of exactly what it means to you.


Delivery:

Any item that is instock with us (with a next day delivery status), will be delivered to you the next working day, if ordered before 4PM.

Your order will be shipped by our preferred courier, which is UPS. However, sometimes an alternative carrier will be used, if it will help your order to arrive faster. Whatever courier we use, we charge a flat rate fee of £4.12£4.95 for orders under £83.33£100 (ex VAT) - For anything totalling more that £83.33£100 (ex VAT), we offer free delivery!

International orders will be charged a delivery fee based on location, timeframe & weight / size / value of the item(s) being shipped. For an accurate delivery charge on international orders (including Northern Ireland), please call us on 0845 686 3900.


Tracking Your Order:

You can track any recent order by either checking your dispatch email for the tracking code, or visiting the orders section in your account. You can check the tracking code with the appropriate courier via their website.


Returning an item:

Here are the key features of our returns policy:

  • You can return an order to us, for any reason, within 7 working days of your order arriving, for refund, or exchange.
  • You can return a faulty item to us up to 30 days (including non working days) after your order arrives. After this time, we may direct you to the manufacturer to cover the warranty.
