Your standard GoFlex ultra-portable drive comes with a USB 2.0 or 3.0 cable to connect to your PC or Mac® computer. You also have the option to purchase a "drive only" version that comes without the cable. Select the GoFlex ultra-portable drive — drive only version if:

• you are already using a GoFlex ultra-portable drive and want to use the same cable to connect your new GoFlex ultra-portable; or
• you want a faster interface than USB 2.0 — such as USB 3.0, eSATA or FireWire 800 — right from the start.

Works interchangeably on both PC and Mac computers

Whether you have a PC or a Mac – or if you go back and forth between the two – you can access and save files on the same portable hard drive at any time without reformatting.
