Diagnostic Service — £60£72

Tramscom offer an out of warranty diagnostic service on any Apple computer. For this service we diagnose the fault and if possible resolve the issue. Should your machine have a hardware fault we will quote you for the required parts & labour.

 

Express Service, Additional — £60£72

Tramscom will allow you to jump the queue and give you a priority service on all Apple Computers out of warranty repairs.There is an aditional £60£72 charge over and above the standard charge as above. Units will be assessed in 24 hours and repaired subject to parts availability.

 

Data Backup / Transfer — £60£72

From £60£72 inc VAT we will backup your data from an existing machine, or transfer your files and documents to a new hard drive or computer.

 

Priority telephone support — 01483 500 505

Customers who experience problems within the first 90 days of purchase can call our standard telephone support line to speak to one of our fully qualified Apple engineers, regarding Apple hardware & operating system issues.

 

Premium telephone technical support — 0906 121 3332 (£1.50£1.80 / min)

If your Apple Macintosh product is out of our 90 day free telephone support, or was not purchased from Tramscom, our premium rate line will allow you to talk straight away to a fully trained Apple engineer.

 

Hourly Rates — £60£72 per hour

Our workshop charges are £60£72 per hour and £30£36 per half hour.
